These are some of the behind-the-scenes tasks I regularly handle to keep operations smooth and marketing systems running efficiently:
Create and schedule email campaigns (e.g., open house invites, newsletters, and event reminders)
Upload new leads to CRMs and maintain organized, up-to-date databases
Update MLS listings with new photos, property details, and status changes
Segment audiences inside email marketing platforms (like Flodesk or Mailchimp) for personalized communication
Assist with following up with clients regarding document signing and submission
Coordinate with video editors to manage deliverables and ensure timely project completion
Organize files, documents, and shared drives for easy team access
Track tasks, projects, and deadlines using tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
Prepare agendas, notes, and materials for team or client meetings
Manage inboxes and organize communication threads for faster follow-up
Assist in creating webinar presentations (e.g., First-Time Homebuyer Webinars) and marketing decks
Support in building listing presentations and marketing collateral for new listings
Research comparable properties, market trends, and neighborhood data for agent reference
Coordinate with photographers, designers, and other vendors for listing and marketing projects
